Inn Description: The Town & Country Inn B&B is a place of quiet, relaxation that welcomes guests including children to a hobby farm setting. The B&B has 5 acres which includes stabling for guests bringing horses, an in-ground pool, a gazebo, Koi pond, five comfy rooms with all modern amenities, two sitting rooms, a front porch and balcony and two types of breakfasts.

Additional Information: The Town & Country Inn Bed, Breakfast and Stabling is located five miles from downtown Aiken. Aiken has many shops, restaurants, Hopeland Gardens, Aiken Historical Museum, Hitchcock Woods (a 2,000 acre forest with 60+ miles of walking and horseback riding trails), Odel Weeks Park and Citizens Park and many festivals and horse shows throughout the year. We are also located close to all of the horse show grounds. Our guests stay in comfy rooms that have either a queen or king bed in them. We offer a multiple room discount for families traveling with children. We have plenty of space for you to walk and enjoy our property and animals.

We offer two breakfast options. The room rate includes our first breakfast choice which is a continental breakfast for those who choose to eat light or need to leave early in the morning. The second choice is a full cooked country breakfast that we offer our guests for an additional fee. The full cooked breakfasts could include homemade pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage egg casserole, french toast or quiche.

For those guests traveling with children, we have grounds that they can play on, out door games, an in-ground pool, books to read, board games, etc. We also offer DVD players at no additional charge to hook to your room's TV along with a library of VCR and DVD's to borrow.
